Last Minute Specials As Low As $125 per Night Plus Tax

Weekly $1252.13 Total (includes rental and tax) 10 Percent Discount when staying 2 weeks or MORE!
Normal Nightly Rate: $159 per night
Holiday Nightly Rate: $189 per night

The one-time $80 cleaning fee applies for all stays less than 7 nights. This cleaning fee is waived for rentals of 7 nights or longer. 12.5% taxes added to all rentals.

$200 refundable security deposit is required immediately after confirmation in order to hold your reservation. The final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your arrival and is non-refundable at that point. (unless you are booking a date less than 4 weeks away- then payment and deposit should be sent as soon as possib
I allow some pets. Must be approved. Additional $200 refundable pet deposit required.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal (add 3 percent fee), No fee for personal US checks. Out of country checks add $30 processing fee

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation will incur the following charges:
90 days or more out from your arrival date – Deposit is Fully Refunded minus $100 processing fee
Within 90 days of your arrival – Security Deposit is Non-Refundable
If full cancellation is within 30 days of arrival– 50 % of rental is returned to guest
or $ will be transferred towards another rental time.
If you cancel individual dates within 30 days of arrival – no refund is given or $ will be transferred towards another rental time.
If the balance of payment is not received within one month prior to arrival, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund.
No refunds for early departure or late arrival.
